FMPrepa (operated by fmprepa SARLAU) is committed to combating child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) and child sexual abuse material (CSAM) in every form. This page describes our publicly published standards for child safety, including how we address prohibited conduct, moderation, reporting, and designated contact for questions about our prevention practices. These standards apply even though FMPrepa is not designed or marketed as a primary service for children.
This statement is published to meet transparency requirements for app stores and regulators. Where our app categories or listings require disclosure of child safety standards and contact information, this URL and the contacts below satisfy that requirement. Nothing in this page should be read as an invitation to children to use the service without parental involvement where required by law or our Terms of Service.
The purpose of this document is to set out clear, publicly accessible standards for FMPrepa regarding CSAE/CSAM prevention and response. It applies to all users of the FMPrepa platform (website and mobile applications), including educational content, quizzes, social, and messaging features. It does not replace our Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, or Community Guidelines; those documents remain in full force.
FMPrepa is a general-audience educational platform for competitive exam preparation (concours) in Morocco. We do not target children under the age of digital consent as our primary audience, and we do not market FMPrepa as a product directed at children. Educational features (e.g. QCM practice, AI tutoring, study analytics) are intended for students preparing for higher-education entrance exams. If you are a parent or guardian, you are responsible for deciding whether minors use the service under your supervision, consistent with applicable law and our Terms.
We aim to keep content and policies consistent with a general, all-ages audience in the sense that we do not promote or encourage harmful or illegal content. We may label age-sensitive or restricted content where appropriate. User-generated content must comply with our rules; sexualized or exploitative content involving minors is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate removal and reporting to authorities where required.
The following are strictly prohibited on FMPrepa: (1) CSAM; (2) grooming, solicitation, or exploitation of minors; (3) sharing, requesting, or linking to CSAE material; (4) sexualizing or depicting minors in any way; (5) any other conduct that violates applicable law or our child safety policies. We enforce a zero-tolerance approach. Where we become aware of violations, we may remove content, suspend or terminate accounts, preserve evidence, and cooperate with competent authorities.
We use a combination of technical measures, human review where appropriate, and user reports to identify and address violations. Users can report child safety concerns in-app or via contact channels listed below. Reports are reviewed in line with our policies and applicable law. We may take action without prior notice where necessary to protect users or comply with legal obligations.
For questions about child safety, CSAM prevention practices, or trust and safety matters, we designate [email protected] as the contact email associated with our developer operations. You may also reach us at [email protected] for general support. We will respond to legitimate inquiries in a reasonable timeframe and may request additional information to verify reports or requests.
We cooperate with law enforcement and regulatory authorities where legally required and appropriate. Emergency requests for child safety may be addressed in priority. We may preserve and disclose information in accordance with applicable law, court orders, and lawful government requests. Where we are required to report apparent CSAM to national authorities or organizations (such as NCMEC in the United States where applicable), we will comply.
We may update this page from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, the law, or platform requirements. The “Last updated” date at the top will be revised when material changes are made. Continued use of FMPrepa after updates constitutes acceptance of the published standards. This URL remains the stable public reference for app store disclosures.
